Qualifications And Skills • Minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and management. • Proficiency in production planning processes, ensuring efficient production workflow and resource allocation. • Strong expertise in quality management practices to ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards. • Extensive experience in shop floor control, overseeing the daily operations and maintaining production schedules. • Capability in real-time monitoring to track and analyze manufacturing processes and performance in real-time. • Experience in data collection techniques to gather and analyze production data for informed decision-making. • In-depth knowledge of process automation to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce manual labor. • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements to ensure manufacturing processes adhere to industry standards.
