Summary The company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager/ Engineer, who will play a crucial role driving growth and revenue. Responsibilities About the Role • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships to expand SARsatX’s business opportunities • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with SARsatX’s potential clients and partners • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials to pitch products or services to potential clients • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote the company and establish connections • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and market dynamics • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and motivation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) sales • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and other business-related activities Preferred Qualifications • Saudi nationality • Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) • Proven track record in sales or business development, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role • Experience in remote sensing and Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) • Existing network of connections to potential customers and partners for Earth Observation and remote sensing services in Saudi Arabia and UAE
